Shipping Profiles:
1)I will email you when the package has been shipped.
2) I will ship within 2 business days of payment (custom items will take longer approximatively 4-6 days).
3) Shipping fees are based on the size/weight of item(s) purchased and destination. The fees will be clearly stated, and will be based on the actual cost as closely as I can predetermine.
4) I will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages due to postal mishandling.
5) Currently I am shipping to the United States but if you need me to ship to other countries, we can discuss the pricing.
6) For the safety of the product it is wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in bubble packaging..
Payment:
I am a PREMIER VERIFIED PAYPAL SELLER.
1) I accept PayPal only at this time, but please contact me if you wish to pay by money order.
2) Please remit payment within 3 days of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges:
1) If the item is defective, I will refund, repair, or replace it at your discretion.
2) Returned items must be unused.
3) Items will be refunded at full price paid, minus shipping.
4) Returns must be received within 15 days of purchase date. Please email me the tracking number so I can process the return promptly.
5) Returned items must not be damaged during return transit due to improper packaging. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages due to postal mishandling.
6) I will repair any item you may have from another person. You need to send me a picture of the item or a description to my in-box or email and we will discuss the price.
